Mode and Commitment
The program is delivered in accelerated mode, requiring
single days of workshop
attendance, each two weeks apart,
enabling the whole program to be
completed within four months rather than the usual two years.
This time commitment may be
reduced by up to 25 percent (two contact days) for holders of
Frontline Management qualifications.
