TMDI's suite of Management
Qualifications includes four options which meet the particular needs of
managers and supervisors in different situations. TMDI is not a Registered Training
Organisation and does not award any underpinning nationally accredited qualifications,
but partners with a reputable RTO to offer them under "Auspiced
Arrangements" whereby appropriately qualified TMDI
professionals deliver them to our clients, jointly
with the RTO. These qualifications include:
* The
Advanced
Management Qualification, a broadly-based
general management program based on the Advanced Diploma of
Management.
* The
Business Management Qualification,
a broadly-based general management program based on the Diploma
of Management.
* The
Frontline Management
Qualification, based on the Certificate IV in Frontline Management,
which focuses on the needs of new managers and supervisors.
This program can usually be delivered as a government funded
traineeship.
* The
Workplace Trainer & Assessor
Qualification, comprises key units of the
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, to
provide participants with the key skills required to undertake
accredited training and assessment.
